Thanks to over 27 years of back
problems, I have acquired a small
library of bad back/back pain books.
However, this one is something else.
It is not only written in a very
readable and easily understood
manner but the page layout and
type is pleasing on the eye, with the
diagrams getting their point across
and, at times, with humour to do so.
This is not a book of statistics,
technical language nor does it make
use of the off-putting and at times
unpronounceable medical
terminology. No, this is a book for
the average bad back sufferer to
read and learn from. It is a whole
body experience, as it simplistically
covers every single and every
conceivable aspect of life as a bad
back sufferer, and even some that
my wife had to explain to me.
I have been unable to find fault
with this book, but I’m sure there
will be. Perhaps I’m just relieved to
at long last find one that panders to
my simple mind.
If you have to have a book on bad
backs/back pain, I would suggest
this one.
