Hydrotherapy
There are two sessions a week held at the Duke of Cornwall Spinal Unit Hydrotherapy Pool at Salisbury District Hospital.  The sessions are run by professional physiotherapists, Sherry Fletcher and Jo Hankey and consist of exercises in water specifically designed to strengthen the back muscles and improve/maintain mobility.

For insurance purposes, before taking part in the sessions you will need to join the Branch. To obtain an application form, please speak to our Branch Contact, Barbara White on 01722 333925

Session times are:

MONDAY:   6.00 to 6.45pm
WEDNESDAY:   6.45 to 7.30
THURSDAY:  6.00 to 6.45pm

Costs:
Branch Membership is £10.00 per year.
Cost per session is £4.50.
